Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility and Age Range: Power Play Activity Camp is for children aged 5-14. Children must be within the specified age range at the time of the camp.

Booking and Payment: Bookings can be made via the Class for Kids platform. Full payment is required at booking.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 2 weeks before the camp start date will receive a refund. Refunds may not be available after this deadline. Changes to bookings (e.g., date transfer) are subject to availability and terms.

Health and Safety: Parents must provide up-to-date medical information and emergency contacts. Qualified staff will manage first aid and emergencies. For more information, please see the Health and Safety, Illness and Accident and Medication policies.

Staffing and Supervision: The camp maintains a 1:8 ratio with qualified staff members. Children will be supervised at all times during activities.

Behavior and Code of Conduct: Children must adhere to the camp’s code of conduct. Serious behavioral issues may result in removal from camp. Attendees will not be allowed to use mobile phones at the camp. For more information, please see the Behavior Management and Mobile phone policy.

Insurance and Liability: The camp provides insurance covering accidents and injuries during camp hours. Power Play has full Public Liability insurance. Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request.

Collection: Parents are responsible for drop-off and pickup at designated times. Please see uncollected child policy for more information.

Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information will be kept confidential and protected in line with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Consent is required for the use of photos/videos of your child. For more information, please see the Data Protection policy.

Weather: In the event of adverse weather, activities will be adapted or rescheduled.The camp is not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
